Non-Accredited First Aid Course 

This non-accredited course has been designed as a fully online course, covering key first aid topics.

Key topics include, resuscitation, choking, burns, bleeding, anaphylaxis, asthma, Trauma - Spinal, Head Injuries, Fractures, Sprains and Strains, Shock, Secondary Assessment, Bites - Stings and treatment with (PIT) and many more topics.

Welcome to your non-accredited online first aid course. The flexible format of the course means that you can log in as many times as required to complete the course - you do not need to complete the course all in one sitting.

Please Note: Should you decide to complete an accredited First Aid course after completing this online course, the learning and theory you already completed, will be recognised in the accredited unit, as long as the course is completed within a 6 month timeframe of completing this course.

For our online courses, we recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser, as other browsers, such as Internet Explorer, may not display the multimedia content of the course.

It is expected that the online learning content will take approximately 3 hours to complete. In addition, there is a total of 65 theory questions, which will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.

Please Note: These are approximate timeframes only. Individuals who previously completed First Aid (or similar) training, may complete the online component in a shorter timeframe. An individual who is new to First Aid training may take longer to work their way through all the learning content and theory questions.

Individuals who are familiar with some of the topics/ content have the option to play videos at a faster speed. Simply click on the settings button in the video and adjust the play-speed of the video.

Online Learning includes Closed Captions for each video. Closed Captions support viewers where English may be a second language. To access Closed Caption click on CC on the bottom right corner of the video player.
